Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Flavr Studios! For everyone's benefit, we've established rules to keep our studio safe, and intact: Keep shoes clean in cyclorama. No climbing or kicking cyclorama walls. Use the bin in the restroom for sanitary items. Handle all studio items with care. Damages lead to fees. No food or drinks near equipment. No hazardous materials allowed. Events without approval are prohibited. Ensure roller door is closed & locked at end of your session. Ensure sliding door is locked at end of session with key back in lockbox. Lost or stolen property will encounter fees. Please notify us about postponed sessions 12hrs out from your session to avoid loss of payment. Any Questions?
