Compliance with Australian Consumer Law: Our cancellation policy strictly aligns with the provisions set forth in the Australian Consumer Law.

Studio Use: We are not responsible for any injuries incurred during your session. You are responsible for your own health and safety while using the studio, including the potential risks associated with slips, trips, falls, and ladder use. We recommend that all equipment, including props, backdrops, and the cyclorama, be used safely and as intended. Please contact us 48 hours before your session if you require assistance or have concerns about using any studio equipment.

Cancellation by Client: Clients are entitled to reschedule bookings up to 20 hours prior to the booking. There are no refunds granted for sessions cancelled on behalf of the client within 20 hrs from booking. We can reschedule dates or offer credited studio time if circumstances prevent you from honouring your original booking time. If for any reason your studio session does not live up to our offered experience, please get in contact and we can look after you accordingly.

Cancellation by Studio: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the studio reserves the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling options.

Force Majeure: Instances of force majeure, such as natural disasters, may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of bookings. Appropriate notice will be provided in such circumstances.

Service Description: We provide a comprehensive studio space equipped for professional photography sessions. Detailed information regarding our services and any associated limitations can be found on our website.

Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments are processed securely through our online system.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to adhere strictly to our studio guidelines and scheduled appointment times.

Intellectual Property: Photographs captured within our studio premises are deemed the intellectual property of the respective client or photographer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Liability and Indemnity: By utilising our services, clients agree to indemnify Flavr Studios against any claims arising from their use of our facilities.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Amendments: We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms, with all updates being prominently displayed on our website.
